Eva and Miguel’s Pitt Meadows Wedding – August 23, 2009

Hailing from the beautiful Cayman Islands, it was pretty much a given that Eva and Miguel would go with a spectacular tropical theme for their wedding – and it came together perfectly!  Birds of paradise, tropical leaves, starfish and shells abounded, transforming Swan-e-Set Bay Resort into an island oasis.  The bride and groom were suitably dressed for their theme, Eva in an amazing lace gown, and Miguel looking dashing in a light grey suit.  The ceremony was held outside on the gorgeous Swan-e-Set grounds, and the reception inside the magnificent ballroom was decorated by the very talented Bobi Radke of Radke Designs.  We had a great time with Eva and Miguel and their bridal party, particularly zipping around Swan-e-Set in those fun little golf carts!  These two are so deeply in love, it’s really quite special the way they look at each other.  I once asked Eva what she loved best about Miguel, and she told me “His generous heart and loving spirit” – how beautiful is that?  The day was topped off by working with our favourite videographers, Kathy and Steph of Marliss Productions – love you guys!  Thanks to Eva and Miguel for having us with you on your beautiful day!
