http://magnoliaphotographic.com Wedding and portrait photography by Vancouver photographer Laura Millin Wed, 18 Jan 2012 00:47:47 +0000 en hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=3.3.1 http://magnoliaphotographic.com/2009/08/kristine-and-tom-playland-engagement-photos/ http://magnoliaphotographic.com/2009/08/kristine-and-tom-playland-engagement-photos/#comments Tue, 04 Aug 2009 00:17:35 +0000 Laura http://magnoliaphotographic.com/?p=129 I have always wanted to do a Playland engagement session, and Tom and Kristine were game to take me up on the idea!  This was probably the most challenging engagement session I have ever done – dealing with elements such as crowds, motion, and a paralyzing fear of heights (that would be me!), would put anyone to the test!  But working together, I think we got some awesome shots (and I’m so glad I didn’t freak out [too much] on the ferris wheel).  Kristine and Tom of course had no fear, and gladly went on the swings while I stayed safely on the ground – it was the better angle for photos anyway.    I was really pleased to finally get a chance to do a session at this unique location, so thanks to Kristine and Tom – we’re looking forward to your big day this Saturday!
